Shannon’s classes are creatively themed and intelligently sequenced flows that encourage you to show up as you are. She teaches with an awareness that every day is different and that we all come to the practice with different bodies, beliefs, physical abilities/limitations. Shannon is wonderful at making you feel welcome with it all and she truly listens to and works with her students to create a practice that addresses their needs. She is a hands-on instructor who offers gentle assists and adjustments for her students to help prevent injuries and help them feel more confident/comfortable in their own unique alignment.

Her classes offer the right balance of yoga fundamentals, spirituality and playfulness that keep the practice fresh and make each practice an adventurous journey within. Whether through readings, inspirational teachings, creative and fun themed playlists, live music, playing her guitar/harmonium, chanting or a mid-class “dance jam” ... she encourages and delights in sharing the journey of yoga through love, laughter, tears, joy, deeper connection and the oneness that unites us all.

Shannon takes the time to truly know and understand her students bodies and needs and is a knowledgeable, humble and friendly guide who encourages you to feel more at ease in your practice. Whether in the comfort of your own home or in Shannon’s home studio, her individual and group sessions allow you to work on the things that YOU most want to learn or develop in your practice. 

Shannon aspires to create a warm, welcoming, and fun experience for her students to learn more about themselves and to dive deeper into their practice of yoga both on and off the mat.

3 for $145/hour session = $435
5 for $135/hour session = $675
10 for $125/hour session = $1,250
             
 Private Group Session:
 2-5 person $250/hour

 Available for larger groups and special events (birthday parties, family yoga, wedding day, bachelorette parties)
